Shift : 7am-5:30pm (Monday-Thursday)

OT On Fridays or rain make up days. Contractor will need to be flexible to begin work from multiple locations in Stone Mountain or other areas in Georgia.

POSITION SUMMARY: Executes filed service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization. Takes care of company property.
• Trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions.
• Identify and remedy safety issues both Company and Customer owned equipment.
• Direct interfacing with customer.
• Potentially at multiple sites with multiple technologies.
• Organization Impact: First line of technical service support.
• Customer facing.
• High utilization.
• Accountable to customer for operation and repair of the system.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to obtain TWIC card.
• Technical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft office including smart devises.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability.

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:

• Passenger of vehicle.
• Able to acompany driver and maintain a company vehicle.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• May work indoors and outdoors as needed. Exposure to heat up to 120 degrees and cold to 0 degrees.
• May work in areas where noise level is such that hearing protection is required.
• May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.
• Work surfaces may include concrete. Employee must be able to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
• Some travel to other locations, meetings and/or seminars is required.
