Description
Work location: Newark, NJ (onsite) |
Hybrid: 3 days in office | 2 days remote
Job Description:
- Generate and analyze SAP financial reports to track O&M and Capital actuals against budgeted plans.
- Extract and compile historical SAP Capital expenditure line-item data into Excel
- Perform line-item data extractions from SAP to investigate and analyze actual variances on internal orders.
- Maintain and update SAP internal order groups to ensure accurate data structures for O&M variance reporting.
- Collaborate with Electric Operations stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely monthly work order settlement corrections.
- Support month-end close reporting and variance analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP systems and professional competency across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
