Fully Onsite, 5 days a week - US - CA - Burlingame
Must-Have Skills
- Program/operations management — running an executive experiences center day to day, including supplies, inventory, and product showcasing
- Cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder coordination Exceptional attention to detail plus strong written and verbal communication, including comfort interacting directly with senior/C-level executives
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience at the company or elsewhere in the tech industry
- Background in events, executive engagement, or high-touch customer programs Comfort operating in ambiguity at a rapid pace while juggling multiple projects at different stages
Minimum Years of Experience 6+

- Executive Experiences Program Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of world-class Executive briefings for partners and clients.
- The successful candidate will be supporting day-to-day management of the Executive Briefing Program in Burlingame and providing operational support to the global program.
This is a fixed-term role (leave of absence cover) reporting to the Global Head of Executive Engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center, including on-the-day, on-site coordination with internal cross-functional partners.
- Serve as the central point of contact to all internal stakeholders (e.g., Facilities, Security, Culinary, A/V, etc.) involved in delivery and execution of briefings in the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
- Partner closely with Executive Engagement Leads and sales teams to deliver high-impact, memorable executive experiences in line with broader business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory supply related to the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
- Manage systems, tooling, and reporting for the global Executive Briefing Program.
- Identify and document process improvements that carry forward.
- Support management and creation of Executive Briefing Program assets and resources to drive internal awareness and external demand.
- Apply industry best practices for Executive Briefing Programs by utilizing systems, processes, and frameworks that increase operational efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years in executive engagement, events, or program management.
- Experience as the on-site owner during live executive events, including real-time problem resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, or reporting in Google Sheets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global, cross-regional collaboration.
- Vendor and hospitality management experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of Wearables and other Consumer Electronics technologies.
