The Home Modernization team is seeking a Project Manager to provide IRA implementation support. The role includes working with various data sources including pulling records, invoice processing, and internal auditing.

Expected Years of Experience - 3-6 years

Skills Required

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM)
  • Experience or exposure to federal level reporting and/or internal auditing
  • Prior experience with federal and state grant administration is preferred
  • Experience with spreadsheets - data analysis background

Specialized skills 

  • Strong ability to analyize data to create reports and evaluate the success of program implementation staff

Education, Certifications, Degree requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) reporting;
  • Review IRA documentation approved by implementation staff for complaince with Client policies;
  • Responsible for pulling records, intense federal level reporting, and internal auditing;
  • Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Home Modernization team
