  • Ability to organize multiple priorities and coordinate activities across departments and work schedules.
  • Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to comprehend technical work processes and collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or another learning management system preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including required organizational management-of-change activities for designated positions, employment eligibility and identity-verification steps, SuccessFactors assignments, and EHS onboarding.

  • Coordinate role-based training plans using approved procedures and other controlled documents.
  • Maintain a guiding qualification document for each area or job scope that identifies tasks to be performed, simulated, or discussed.
  • Partner with engineers, managers, supervisors, mentors, area experts, and rovers to define what effective training and demonstrated competence look like for each department.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and tools, including competency exams, certification tests, job aids, and edited training videos.
  • Coordinate competency validation, revalidation, and 30-, 60-, and 90-day employee evaluations.
  • Arrange practical competency demonstrations.
  • Coordinate specialty training and credentials, including fall prevention and other role-specific technical qualifications.
  • Ensure completed training and qualifications are recorded in SuccessFactors so supervisors & leaders can readily verify employee status.
