- Support procurement dashboards, including data validation, refresh monitoring, requirements gathering, testing/UAT, and issue resolution.
- Support spend classification and reclassification activities and coordinate approved corrections with appropriate business or master-data teams.
- Document business rules, processes, data issues, and recurring operational procedures.
- Work independently with business and technical stakeholders to take analytical issues from request through investigation, resolution, and closure.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Procurement Analytics, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Analytics, or Source-to-Settle processes.
- Strong understanding of procurement data including suppliers, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, sourcing, categories/commodities, and spend.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/S4 and/or SAP Ariba.
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience querying and analyzing large datasets using Databricks, Starburst, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data quality, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and operational reporting.
- Experience supporting dashboards or BI reporting solutions such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work confidently with Sourcing, Category Managers, Procurement Operations, Finance, and IT.
- Ability to independently manage recurring processes and follow issues through resolution.
Preferred Skills
