      ROLE SUMMARY

      The Associate, Summer Growth Experience, is responsible for completing 3-month summer internship at the Sanford, NC site. Summer Growth Experience colleagues will work on special projects to support site activities and operations, while simultaneously working on their professional and interpersonal growth through collaborative activities both on and off site.

       

      ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

                 The intern will be focused implementing a 5S process to a shared area, assist with site communications and events, and provide support to interface with projects and sites in support of business operations, as well as other related tasks.

      In addition to projects and tasks in support of the role, the summer interns will be expected to participate in networking and developmental events as a group.

                 Interact with multiple colleagues and departments throughout the Sanford site to determine best format for accurate record keeping and provide records and information in a timely and professional manner.

                 Perform control print reconciliations

                 Able to accurately execute multiple projects at the same time and provide effective communication to colleagues and area management on current practices and new initiatives.

                 Prioritize project completion to meet target timelines and develop individual work plan to achieve targeted goals.

                 Identify, suggest, and conduct continuous improvement activities.

                 Assesses existing situations and suggests improvements in the Records Management process.

                 Interfaces with other parts of the organization such as Operations, Quality management, and other Document Control supporting functions on site.
